Doulas of North America (DONA) ~ The oldest, largest, most well-respected doula association in the world. Trains and certifies both birth and postpartum doulas. The website has helpful information such as questions to ask when interviewing a doula, etc.

Nebraska Friends of Midwives ~ Nebraska Friends of Midwives is an organization striving to promote midwifery and to change the laws in Nebraska to give us more woman-friendly birth options.

International Cesarean Awareness Network (ICAN) ~ A greatly supportive site helping women to avoid cesareans. It is especially helpful for women who have had a previous c-section and are wanting a VBAC.

The Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth ~ Information about the Bradley Method, which helps women to achieve natural childbirth through the coaching and direct involvment of their husbands.

Lamaze Magazine ~ Unfortunately this magazine is not available commercially, but you can check out their excellent articles online!

Breastfeeding.com ~ All things breastfeeding. A wonderful resource for nursing moms, it also has fun articles and more.

Dr. Moz ~ A helpful and amusing site directed towards new and expecting dads. Check out their daddy-friendly diaper bags!

Milkworks ~ An organization in Lincoln that offers many different classes and groups to provide support and information to help you breastfeed successfully.
